How much better to trust in God

“We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him.”
Romans 8:28

Daily Express: Place your trust in something that works all the time,
on your behalf – God!

We always trust in something, but often it is in the untrustworthy like
worry, or fear.

How much better to trust in God!

A little boy was about to lose a baby tooth. He did not want to lose this
tooth. He cried and made of big fuss about losing it. He could not
understand that the baby tooth had to go to make room for a new and better

Elimination of something in your life is always an indication that
something better is on the way. Emerson said, in his great essay “The Law
of Compensation,” that something must be taken from us in order to gain.
Something must be eliminated to get the desired good into our lives.

At times we may have resisted some change because we did not understand
that the old must give way to the new. If we place our trust in God, we
will discover that we are extremely pleased with our new good. The little
boy discovered that he was extremely pleased with his new tooth.

You come to learn that you can place your trust in God, knowing that all
things work together for good. With firm faith in the goodness of God,
you can accept the good changes that come and learn and grow through them.
Because God is good, and because God is love, you can relax and let God’s
good come into your life. You can keep poised, patient, and trusting.

Always trust God to bring your good.

God’s will is absolute good for your life.

You can keep your sense of humor, your spirit of joy, and your ability to
adjust easily to new conditions and circumstances, because you know that,
in everything, God works for good in your life.

Dear God, I place my total and unconditional trust in You. I believe in
Your power of absolute good working in my behalf, in my life, this day and
in all future days. I trust in You through any change. I trust in You
through any seeming loss. I trust that whenever anything is eliminated
from my life, it is just a prelude to better good. I trust that when I
create a vacuum in my life by eliminating what I no longer need, I am
creating a vacancy for new outstanding good to have room in my life. I
stand in faith by letting go of the old and waiting with open arms and
mind for my new good.

In Jesus Christ’s name…. Amen

POSITIVE DAILY AFFIRMATION: In my good times, and in seeming loss, with God constantly at my side, it is a prelude to greater good.

POSITIVE DAILY QUOTE: “Anything one man can imagine, other men can make real.”
Jules Vern
